Uncle Bruce Seasonings is proudly distributed by Piedmont Cottage LLC, but its story begins long before the brand was born. After spending 50 years as a meat scientist, Bruce Armstrong dedicated his career to developing flavors and blends for major companies—work that shaped countless products and inspired a lifetime of culinary creativity.

Throughout his extensive career, Bruce also developed a variety of seasoning blends for his own home use—recipes he shared generously with family and friends. These were the flavors people came to rely on, enjoy, and request time and time again, becoming a beloved part of gatherings, meals, and memories.

To preserve those recipes and honor Bruce’s legacy, Uncle Bruce Shop was created. Our mission is simple: continue the blends he perfected and share them with the community. Each seasoning is produced in small batches, offering home cooks access to the same handcrafted flavors that have been cherished for decades.
